Role: AEM Automation Test Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for AEM-based applications using tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or Cypress.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.
  • Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Identify, document, and track bugs; work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in testing processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in QA automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    – components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in automation tools such as
    Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, REST Assured
    , etc.
  • Experience with
    Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or Python
    for test automation.
  • Familiarity with
    CI/CD tools
    like Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Docker.
  • Good understanding of
    web technologies
    (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and
    RESTful APIs
    .
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AEM Developer or Architect certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
