We're Hiring: Product Lead – Premium Fine Fragrance
We're building a high-quality, design-led luxury perfume brand
, and we're looking for a
Product Lead
who can own the product end-to-end — from ecosystem discovery to a finished, shelf-ready fragrance.
This is a
core, impact-heavy role
for someone who understands how great consumer products are actually built — by deeply understanding the value chain, making sharp trade-offs, and assembling the best possible product aligned with brand strategy.
What You'll Do
- Deep-dive into the
fragrance ecosystem & value chain
— formulation, raw materials, packaging, bottles, components, vendors, and manufacturing - Evaluate
multiple alternatives, permutations, and vendors
across quality, cost, scalability, and brand fit - Translate brand and business strategy into
clear product decisions - Procure and assemble all elements required to create a luxury, market-ready perfume
- Work closely with founders, perfumers, manufacturers, and packaging partners
- Own product timelines, feasibility, and execution quality — from concept to final product
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building
luxury / premium consumer products
(beauty, fragrance, fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, etc.) - Strong background in
retail and/or D2C brands - Experience working with multiple vendors and manufacturers
- Sharp judgment when balancing quality, cost, scalability, and brand positioning
- Someone who is both strategic and execution-oriented
— comfortable getting into details - Prior experience in
perfume, beauty, or personal care
is a strong plus
