Role Overview

We're looking for a backend developer who can architect, build, and optimize scalable APIs and services. You'll work closely with our AI, product, and data teams to deliver high-performance systems that support millions of requests per day.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust, scalable backend services using Python, Go, or

  • Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs for internal and external consumption

  • Optimize database queries and schema design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)

  • Collaborate with DevOps to ensure CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments (AWS/GCP)

  • Write clean, testable code and maintain high code quality standards

  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and sprint planning

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of backend development experience in fast-paced tech environments

  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design

  • Hands-on experience with microservices, containerization (Docker/K8s), and cloud infra

  • Solid understanding of API security, rate limiting, and performance tuning

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a bias for action

  • B.Tech/M.Tech from top 10 IITs with a focus on Computer Science or related fields

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with AI/ML pipelines or data-heavy systems

  • Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

  • Contributions to open-source projects or technical blogs
