Role Description:

As a Sales Manager – Home Loans (Corporate DSA), you will be responsible for managing and driving home loan sales through direct partnerships with leading banks and NBFCs. You will play a key role in generating leads, engaging potential customers, and facilitating seamless loan disbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of home loan products through the Corporate DSA channel
  • Collaborate with multiple banks and NBFCs to structure and execute loan offerings
  • Generate leads through various sources and convert prospects into successful closures
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts and ensure smooth operations
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and clients
  • Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the home loan journey

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of home loan products and the overall lending process
  • Prior experience in sales management or working as a DSA with banks/NBFCs
  • Proven track record of lead generation and successful deal closures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Willingness to work on-site at our Bengaluru office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate or financial services is an advantage
