Role & responsibilities :

*Project Planning & Execution: Develop & manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, installation) and external stakeholders (vendors, clients, contractors). Ensure alignment of onsite activities with overall project goals and schedules.

*Site Coordination & Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at the project site. Manage site logistics, including material/equipment delivery, storage, and installation sequencing. Ensure site readiness before equipment installation begins.

*Resource Management: Manage onsite personnel including subcontractors, technicians, and engineers. Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation for each phase of the project. Monitor productivity and address resource-related challenges.

*Safety : Implement and enforce safety protocols for all onsite activities. Conduct safety briefings and ensure PPE compliance.

*Quality & Compliance: Ensure all installations and integrations meet quality standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and audits during various phases of the project. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.

*Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues. Maintain contingency plans for critical project components.

*Budget & Cost Control: Monitor onsite expenditures and ensure alignment with the project budget. Report variances to senior management.

*Commissioning & Handover: Coordinate system testing, commissioning, and validation. Ensure proper documentation and training for client operations teams to facilitate smooth handover.

*Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project progress, issues, and resolutions. Manage daily/weekly/monthly reporting for internal and client reviews. Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.

*Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

*Safety, Quality & Compliance

*Risk, Budget & Performance Monitoring

Computer Skills

Proficiency Visio, MS Projects/ similar Project Management tools

Proficient in MS Office

Qualification & Certification (if applicable)

BE or MS in Mechanical/ Electrical

Qualification & Certification (PMP Certification)

Strong grasp of project execution, stakeholder coordination, and site operations

Good academic records, 60 % & above across all academics
