Body Shop Advisor

Service Advisor(Bodyshop)

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Bodyshop Service Advisor to join our team. The role involves coordinating accident repair services, handling customer complaints, processing insurance claims, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge, communication skills, and experience with bodyshop operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess vehicle damage with the help of bodyshop technicians.
• Prepare accurate job estimates for denting, painting, and part replacements.
• Coordinate with insurance surveyors for claim approvals and documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding job status and delivery timelines.
• Open and close job cards, and update repair progress in the DMS system.
• Ensure proper follow-up and timely delivery of vehicles post-repair.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle post-delivery concerns.
• Work closely with bodyshop, spare parts, and billing departments for seamless service flow.

Requirements:

Education: Diploma or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a similar role in a dealership or service center.

Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of bodyshop processes, insurance documentation, and estimation software.
• Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and MS Office.
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
• License: Valid driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
