Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of software developers.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Angular/React.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps.

  • Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and reliability.

  • Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

  • Conduct code reviews and guide best practices in software engineering.

  • Take ownership of end-to-end project execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python in a production environment.

  • Strong experience with front-end frameworks – Angular or React.

  • Solid understanding of web application architecture and RESTful API design.

  • Experience in Agile development methodologies.

  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and independently.

  • Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is a strong plus.
