Full job description

Ladha Health LLP is a mental health and wellness center in Bandra West. We focus on providing complete and caring psychological support and therapy services. Our team believes in creating a warm, honest, and supportive space for both clients and professionals.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinical Care

  • Conduct psychological assessments, case formulations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Provide individual psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based approaches (CBT, REBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation programs, and relapse-prevention workshops.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with psychiatrists and counsellors.
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records, progress reports, and discharge summaries.

2. Case Coordination

  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning meetings.
  • Communicate effectively and sensitively with family members when clinically appropriate.

3. Psychoeducation & Family Support

  • Conduct family therapy or psychoeducational sessions as needed.
  • Educate clients and families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and relapse prevention.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical standards in all record-keeping and documentation.
  • Submit daily session notes, weekly progress reports, and clinical outcome summaries in a timely manner.

Qualifications & SkillsEducation:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized university (RCI registration preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital, mental health clinic, or rehabilitation setting.
  • Experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and personality-related concerns preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and ethical clinical practice.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
