Role Description

As a full-time Business Analyst at Samarth, you will work on-site at our Gurugram office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing business processes, defining and documenting business requirements, and identifying practical solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensure effective communication, and support the implementation of strategies to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and interpret data effectively
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis and developing business insights
  • Proficiency in understanding and improving Business Processes
  • Ability to gather, document, and analyze Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
  • Proficiency in project management and problem-solving capabilities is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
