Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and sustaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored lending solutions. Daily tasks include client consultations, managing loan applications, liaising with financial institutions, and ensuring a smooth and transparent lending process for all parties involved.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in client relationship management and financial services
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Understanding of lending products and financial markets
- Proficiency in using AI-powered platforms and digital tools
- High degree of professionalism and ethical standards
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in banking or NBFCs is an advantage
