Role Overview

We're hiring a versatile 3D Generalist skilled across the full 3D pipeline — modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and rendering. This role is ideal for someone who brings creativity, technical strength, and a strong eye for detail to produce high-quality 3D content for ads, digital installations, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities


• Create high-quality 3D models, assets, and environments for advertising and digital content


• Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting setups


• Produce 3D animations, simulations, and motion-based visuals


• Work closely with design, marketing, and tech teams on end-to-end creative execution


• Optimize assets for performance without losing visual quality


• Stay updated with new 3D tools, creative techniques, and industry trends


• Contribute ideas for innovative 3D and DOOH campaign concepts

Required Skills & Experience


• 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Generalist or similar role


• Strong proficiency in Blender / Maya / 3ds Max


• Solid understanding of modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, basic rigging, and rendering


• Experience with engines like Cycles, Redshift, Arnold, Octane


• Good sense of composition, color, motion, and storytelling


• Ability to create both stylized and realistic visuals


• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Good to Have


• Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity


• Knowledge of VFX, simulations, and particle systems


• Familiarity with motion graphics workflows


• Understanding of digital OOH and advertising environments
