Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist will develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to promote HR tech and recruitment solutions across GCC markets. The role involves market research, campaign management, and content creation to support lead generation and brand visibility tailored to GCC-specific talent acquisition challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on HR technology and recruitment solutions for the GCC region.
  • Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the GCC HR tech ecosystem.
  • Create compelling content including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and product collateral emphasizing recruitment technology benefits.
  • Optimize digital marketing channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, and job portals popular in GCC countries.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and talent acquisition teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and recruitment drives.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing to attract talent and build strong candidate communities.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate and participate in regional recruitment events, webinars, and online forums to increase brand presence.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and GCC labor market regulations impacting HR and recruitment technology adoption.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, HR, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to GCC markets and recruitment technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology solutions and recruitment industry dynamics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Marketing Automation platforms).
  • Exceptional content creation and communication skills tailored for professional audiences.
  • Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing software is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze data and transform insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with GCC cultural and business environment, labor laws, and hiring trends.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work cross-functionally.
