  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the D2C or e-commerce industry.
  • Extensive Experience in developing marketing strategies and brand building
  • Hands on experience in budget management
  • Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and collaborations that can help amplify the company's marketing efforts and reach new audiences.
  • Thorough market knowledge through proper market research and Competitor Analysis
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Developing Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets. This includes identifying target audiences, defining positioning and messaging, and outlining key tactics and channels.
  • Brand Building: Build and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target market. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including website, social media, advertising, and product packaging.
  • Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising), content marketing, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and offline channels as appropriate.
  • Retention and Loyalty: Develop strategies to increase customer retention and foster loyalty. Implement programs such as referral programs, loyalty rewards, and personalized marketing initiatives to engage and retain existing customers.
  • Product Marketing: Work closely with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and USPs (Unique Selling Propositions). Develop and execute product marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of new products and features.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to track performance, measure ROI (Return on Investment), and optimize marketing campaigns. Implement tools and systems to gather insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and collaborations that can help amplify the company's marketing efforts and reach new audiences. This may include co-marketing campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and sponsorships.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve maximum impact and ROI. Monitor expenses and ensure that marketing initiatives are cost-effective and within budgetary constraints.
  • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
 Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience building and leading high-performing teams along with excellent strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
