JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Sales Executive

Reports To: Sales Manager, Dubai & Manager, India

Department: Sales

Work Location: India

PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for providing support to the Sales Department, Dubai

ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelors degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related technical field (preferred)

Minimum 1 2 years of experience in industrial sales / raw material sales (steel, alloys, or oil & gas sector preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills with ability to build client relationships.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of SAP & ERP systems is anadded advantage.

COMPETENCIES:

Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Excellent closing and negotiation skills.

Excellent presentation skills.

Should be good in maintaining client relationships.

Knowledge of API Spec 5CT/7-1 products

Knowledge of ASTM/ AISI material specifications.

Ability to work under pressure and stick to tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

Establishing, maintaining, and developing business, social, civil relationships with customers and potential customers in the assigned territory to enhance the potential for meeting the objectives of maximum profitability and growth through effective sales and services.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the oil & gas and

engineering sectors.

Making presentations to customers and potential customers that convey the services and solutions that Energy Alloys can provide.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical and commercial solutions.

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner for price and delivery with written quotations.

Review Purchase orders and make sure order requirements are understood.

Enter orders and follow up to ensure the delivery meets customer deadline.

Provide solutions on customer complaints in a timely manner by working with finance, technical and operations.

Understand and monitor competition by gathering updated marketplace information on pricing,

products, new products, on time delivery, lead times etc.

AUTHORITIES:

Rescheduling the orders based on priority.

Rejecting enquiries if he/she seems not feasible.

To approve or hold incoming materials/MTC for inventory.

Negotiate prices with customers/vendors.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position will be based in office setting.

Occasional visits to customer/vendors
