Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive position located in Pune. The Executive will support day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient performance and delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams, managing workflows, analyzing data, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. The role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders and contributing to process improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage workflows and collaborate with internal teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities for data analysis and process improvement
  • Proficiency in report preparation, documentation, and compliance adherence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
  • Basic understanding of telecom infrastructure or experience in a similar industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
