Responsibilities
  • Complete in-house administration & helpdesk management (Facility Management, Housekeeping services, Event Management, Client Management, Stationery & Printing & Cafeteria services) for internal customers.
  • Ensure and monitor all facility compliances with all applicable codes and laws
  • Monitors and inspects buildings / premises ensuring Safety and security of people and assets.
  • Vendor Management - To identify appropriate vendors for purchase various item with the support of the seniors. To ensure timely payment to other service providers i.e. telephone, electricity, rent, canteen, etc.
  • Repairs, maintenance and replacement of office equipment's, appliances furniture & fixture and building.
  • Transport and cab management at facility, Management of Vendor for the transportation services for the employees as per company policies.
  • 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance is required
  • Key management
  • Support the Assistant Facility Manager in day to day tasks assigned  
Qualifications

BGV:

  • Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification ("BGV") check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
