About the Role:

We are seeking a results-oriented and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy across the Commercial Healthcare, Real Estate, and Education sectors. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media management, and digital brand growth.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for healthcare, real estate, and education verticals

● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other digital channels

● Drive growth in website traffic, conversions, and qualified leads

● Manage SEO strategy, keyword planning, on-page/off-page optimization, and ranking improvements

● Oversee social media planning, content calendars, engagement, and brand voice

● Manage email campaigns, automation workflows, and CRM integrations

● Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports with insights

● Coordinate with content, design, and PR teams for unified brand messaging

● Monitor digital trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools

● Maintain online reputation and coordinate digital crisis management when needed

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field

● 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing roles (sector experience preferred)

● Strong hands-on knowledge of: ○ Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads ○ SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Search Console) ○ Analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio) ○ Social media platforms & scheduling tools

● Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills

● Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multi-sector digital portfolios
