Job Description:

A Fitter is a skilled tradesperson responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining machinery, equipment, or structural components. They work with precision tools and blueprints, ensuring proper alignment and functionality of various mechanical systems. Fitters may work in diverse sectors like manufacturing, construction, or transportation. 

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Assembly and Installation:
  Fitters assemble and install mechanical components, including pipes, valves, pumps, and other equipment, based on technical drawings and specifications.

  Maintenance and Repair:
  They perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and repair malfunctioning or broken equipment. 
  
  
• 
  Reading and Interpreting Drawings:
  Fitters analyze blueprints and technical drawings to understand assembly requirements and ensure accurate fitting.

  Using Tools and Equipment:
  They utilize hand and power tools, including cutting torches, shears, and welding equipment, to shape, cut, and join materials.

  Ensuring Quality and Safety:
  Fitters verify dimensions, tolerances, and specifications to ensure quality and adherence to safety standards.

  Collaboration and Communication:
