Senior Tele Caller (Female) | Business Development Executive

Minimum Salary Starts 30k to 60K Per Month with attractive incentives up to 1L per month

Responsibilities

*Real Estate Lead generation through cold calling to target audience. Quality data base to be touch based with sharp sales skills and engaging audience around the company's services with an intent to convert the conversation into sales closure.

*Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and other means.

*Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients.

*Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management.

*Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.

*Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.

*Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

*Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in the CRM system.

Qualifications

*Proven experience as a tele caller or in a similar sales role _ REAL ESTATE, BANKING & INSURANCE.

*Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.

*Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

*Excellent verbal communication skills and persuasive abilities.

*Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.

*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
