Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through on-ground activities, meeting potential customers, promoting our educational programs, and ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools, colleges, training centers, and corporate clients to promote company programs and offerings.
  • Generate leads through field visits, events, and local marketing activities.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients and students.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for on-ground campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Gather feedback and market intelligence to enhance sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the EdTech or education industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with extensive travel.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Basic understanding of digital learning solutions and the education market is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,920.56 per month
