Job Description:
  • Managing the role of vehicle risk-inspection through vendors & self-inspection.
  • Managing the existing system automation & Phase-3 AI & ML implementation in Motor products.
  • Managing all vendors as per SLA.
  • Sharing regular feedback on the quality of inspections with agencies.
  • Contribute to achieving the topline & loss ratio targets in the Digital channel (Web, B2B & B2C) as set by the management through regular reviews with all stakeholders
  • Liaison with all stakeholders (Sales, IT, Operations, Legal & Compliance) for all matters pertaining to underwriting.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with all regulatory & product approval-related aspects.
  • Work with IT and Operations staff to ensure that business requirements are met and that customers are provided with a high level of service.
  • Conduct training on product & UW processes.
  • Manage all the expectations of the key shareholders and work together to achieve shared organizational goals
