Job Description

We are looking for a committed and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our high-performing sales team.

The ideal candidate must have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication abilities, and a demonstrated history of generating and qualifying leads. This position plays a critical role in advancing our strategic sales agenda and strengthening client acquisition and engagement processes

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for IT services and staff augmentation projects.

Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calling to build a strong sales pipeline.

Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar prospecting tools to research and acquire decision-maker contacts.

Manage end-to-end lead nurturing activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion support for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.

Collaborate with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategy with quarterly targets.

Analyze lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion metrics to optimize outreach efficiency.

Conduct market and competitor research to identify new client segments and business opportunities.

Requirements

Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and IT services/Staff Augmentation outreach.

Hands-on expertise with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead sourcing platforms.

Excellent communication, research capability, and execution-driven approach.

Ability to work with KPIs, meet weekly/monthly lead targets, and drive measurable results.

Good understanding of IT services, technologies, and project-based resource requirements.
