Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular safety inspections at site to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive work permit system to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement effective safety plans, procedures, and training programs.
  • Investigate incidents, report findings, and recommend improvements to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to occupational health and safety (OHS).

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in ESH (Environmental Safety & Health) or similar role.
  • Diploma/B.Sc degree in Any Specialization; B.Tech/B.E. preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HIRA (Hazard Identification), Work Permit System, Occupational Health principles.
