Qualification: M.A., B.Ed.

Experience: 4–5 years (in teaching/academic leadership)

Salary Range: ₹1,00,000 – ₹1,25,000 per month

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice Principal to support the Principal in leading the academic and administrative functions of our institution. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in overall academic and administrative leadership.
• Supervise teaching staff, ensure curriculum delivery, and monitor academic standards.
• Develop and implement policies, programs, and initiatives that support student success.
• Handle discipline, attendance, and behavioral management of students.
• Support teacher training, mentoring, and professional development.
• Act as a liaison between staff, students, and parents for smooth communication.
• Organize academic events, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and school policies.
