Job Purpose : 

To implement a proper maintenance of all Slickline equipment and ensure maintenance schedule and certification is strictly followed. To ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely completion of projects. To Liaise with client for the field requirements and ensure timely mobilizations of equipment. To ensure that the company's QHSE is properly incorporated in the base daily work practices. Plays a key role in meeting customer expectations, optimizing productivity, and driving continuous improvement in slickline operations. 

Key Accountabilities :

Operations and Business Process

Coordinate day to day operations and instructions to crews and other team members.Ensure that Suppliers, Sub-contractors, Fabricators are complying with the company's standard.Closely follow up on all equipment and vehicle's preventive maintenance.Follow up on the repairs of all equipment in the workshop.Ensure proper handover between operators who work on call-out contracts.Report and properly document all non-conformances in our services.Ensure all documents used are as per quality procedures.Implement and close all assigned Corrective Actions within target dates.In liaison with project managers/operations manager, oversee assets mobilization to job locations and ensure timely preparation, maintenance and certification of equipment.Carry Out any other assignment as assigned by the Country Director and Department Head / VPEnsure ordered equipment are as per required specifications.Support all running projects with equipment and personnel whenever required.

Process Control

Support the reporting manager in modification, automation and implementation of process. Controls, to ensure standardization, optimization and effectiveness of departmental activities on a daily basis.

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce wastage and unnecessary expense.

Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (QHSSE)

Adhere to all relevant QHSE procedures, instructions and controls so that TAQA provides a safe, world class, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its own people.

Overall to ensure operational safety, quality, efficiency, financial and employee development, while continuously improving processes and maintaining strong client and team relationships in alignment with organizational goals. 

Education/Qualifications - Minimum:

  • Diploma.

Skills and Competencies:

English language is MandatoryMust have intermediate Computer SkillsStrong Slickline equipment maintenance skillsVery good knowledge in different OEMs tools and equipmentVery good knowledge in PCE maintenance and certification requirements.Safety consciousness and knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality SystemsStrong documentation and report writing skillsLeadership and supervision.Teamwork and compliance.Problem solving abilities.

Relevant Experience – Minimum:

10 Years in Slickline including minimum 2 years as Slickline Coordinator
