Job Description:

1) Manage Finance/Commercial/Business Support/Administration/Accounts.

2) Prepare financial model ,information memorandum, process memorandum.

3) Work on financial restructuring project,

4) Work to raise project finance.

5) Prepare the cash flows, fund flows, CMA's and the required documents for managing the banks, various limits of working capital Term Loan.

6) Raise/Manage Working Capital Limits/Term Loans for more than Rs.250 crores. Handle the cash credit , Term Loan ,WCDL, Export Finance , Letter of Credits , Bank Guarantee.

7) Finalization data required by bank.

8) Preparation of monthly balance sheets and consolidation.

9) Sales v/s expenses comparison with percentage .

10) Prepare monthly projection report of Plant.

11) nMakes & execute monthly & yearly  Budgets.

12) Experience of Accounting in ERP Environment, exposure in Accounts Payable , Accounts receivable ,General Ledger and TDS

       modules.

13) Projecting the fund requirements of the plant on weekly basis to the management for transfer of the  funds.

14) Compilation of operation budget and capital budget of the plant.

15) Supervising of  total accounting operations.

16) Supervising , guiding and training the sub-ordinates in all accounting & reconciliation matter.

17) Preparation of monthly contribution ,profit & loss accounts with analysis.

18) Reconciliation of detors and creditors also resolving the issues if any.
