- Explain loan and overdraft products offered by various banks.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
