Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online presence across social media platforms, website, and Google Business (GNB). The role requires someone who can handle end-to-end digital marketing activities and contribute to brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow official Instagram and Facebook pages.
  • Develop and schedule engaging posts, stories, and promotional content.
  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages.
  • Create basic graphics or coordinate with designers for content.

Website Management

  • Update website content regularly.
  • Coordinate with the web development team for improvements.
  • Ensure proper SEO optimization of website pages.
  • Track website performance and analytics.

Google Business (GNB) Management

  • Maintain and update the official Google Business profile.
  • Upload posts, offers, and photos regularly.
  • Respond promptly to reviews (positive and negative).
  • Monitor ranking, insights, and performance.

Digital Marketing Activities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic & paid).
  • Optimize content for SEO and SEM.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media and digital marketing roles.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads.
  • Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,045.67 per month
