Location: On-site | Nagpur
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (field timings may vary based on client visits)
Stipend/Salary:
- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 (for freshers)
- For experienced candidates: Salary will be decided based on last drawn CTC
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, and driving business growth.
This is a field-based role, and the candidate must be comfortable traveling within the city for client meetings, presentations, and business visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits for client acquisition and business development
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and pitch company services
- Generate leads through field research, networking, and cold visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with clients for proposals, meetings, and closures
- Coordinate with the internal team for project requirements and client support
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client meetings
- Prepare daily and weekly reports of visits, leads, and conversions
Skills Required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in meeting clients face-to-face
- Ability to pitch and present services clearly
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development
Field Requirement (Must Read)
- The candidate must be willing to work on-field
- Daily client visits, cold visits, and meetings are mandatory
- Travel allowance may be provided as per company policy (mention if applicable)
- Ability to cover assigned areas and maintain timely follow-ups
Eligibility
- Any graduate (BBA, B. Com, MBA, or related fields preferred)
- Freshers can apply
- Candidates with prior field sales experience will be preferred
