1.Handle inbound calls and emails queries from potential and existing members.

  1. Provide accurate information on about workspace plans, pricing, facilities, and availability.

3.Schedule and coordinate workspace tours and virtual meetings with the sales/community team.

4.Maintain a courteous, helpful, and solutions-driven approach in all communications.

Internal Coordination.

5.Coordinate with the legal and accounts team get the process along.

6.Follow up on agreement renewals by members and ensure mely renewals.

7.Coordinate with Legal and other govt departments as per requirements going the renewals done.

8.Update CRM and internal systems with member details, visit records, and call logs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
