Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to manage the complete order lifecycle — from receiving customer orders to ensuring timely dispatch. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution, high customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Coordination

  2. Maintain regular communication with existing customers for new orders, order confirmations, and delivery updates.

  3. Understand customer requirements, pricing, and delivery schedules to ensure accurate order entry.

  4. Share order acknowledgments, proforma invoices, and dispatch details promptly.

  5. Handle basic post-sales customer support (queries, complaints, and feedback).

  6. Order Processing

  7. Coordinate internally with the production team to check feasibility and delivery timelines.

  8. Create and manage sales orders in the ERP system.

  9. Ensure all required documents (POs, proformas, invoices, packing lists, etc.) are correctly generated and approved.

  10. Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.

  11. Production & Logistics Coordination

  12. Follow up with the production department for urgent or priority orders.

  13. Work closely with logistics to plan dispatch schedules and shipment tracking.

  14. Ensure dispatches are made as per customer requirements (labels, documents, packaging, mode of transport).

  15. Resolve bottlenecks between departments to maintain smooth operations.

  16. Sales Support & Reporting

  17. Assist the Sales Manager in identifying repeat order potential and new opportunities with existing clients.

  18. Maintain a customer database and order tracking sheet for follow-up and reporting.

  19. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on order status, pending orders, and dispatch performance.

  20. Support in ensuring timely payments by coordinating with accounts and customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
