Trainee Accounts – Job Description

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reports To: Accounts Manager

Location: Shivam Condev Private Limited

Job Purpose:

To support the finance team in daily accounting tasks, data entry, and financial documentation while learning industry-standard accounting practices and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including voucher preparation and ledger postings
• Support accounts payable & accounts receivable processes
• Maintain records of invoices, purchase orders, and payment transactions
• Assist in bank reconciliation and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Verify and update accounting data in the ERP/Accounting software
• Help in GST/TDS documentation and filing support
• Coordinate with procurement and store departments for billing data
• Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation
• Assist during internal and statutory audits by providing required data
• Perform any other accounting duties assigned by the senior team

Educational Qualification:

• B. Com / M. Com / BBA (Finance) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
• Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
