Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Proposal Writer to join our team on-site in Bhubaneswar. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for managing the proposal process from initial research to submission, drafting and editing proposals, responding to RFPs, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role includes close collaboration with various departments to gather accurate information, maintain compliance with proposal guidelines, and prepare compelling written materials to secure funding for key initiatives.
Qualifications
- Skills in Proposal Management and Proposal Writing
- Proficiency in Technical Writing and responding to RFPs
- Strong Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Understanding of rural and tribal development initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the NGO or development sector is a plus
