Prasanthi Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Senior MEP Engineer for the Kollam location, with a strong background in PMC for mid-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in MEP systems and STP operations, strong coordination skills, and the ability to drive project success in fast-paced construction environments.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • 4–6 years of professional experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering (if license holder added advantage).
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Strong technical expertise in:

  • HVAC system design and installation.
  • STP operations, maintenance, and compliance.
  • Plumbing system design and installation.
  • Reatiler Fitout Co-ordination.
  • Electrical system design and installation.
  • Firefighting system design and installation.
  • High-rise building systems and structural integration.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, install, test, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, firefighting systems and STP systems as well as systems associated with mid-rise building structures.
  • Taking over operations from the Projects team.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements for all MEP works.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, assess work quality, and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical queries and develop effective engineering solutions.
  • Prepare detailed designs, drawings, and documentation for MEP systems in accordance with project specifications.
  • Responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the Sewage Treatment Plant to ensure efficient performance and compliance with regulations.
