Roles and Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

  • Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications (frontend + backend)
  • Build and maintain robust APIs, services, and integrations
  • Deliver intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging UIs for internal and external platforms

Systems Ownership

  • Own projects end-to-end—from requirements gathering to deployment and monitoring
  • Ensure applications are secure, optimized, and scalable
  • Maintain high-quality, clean, and reusable code with proper documentation

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Integrate technology seamlessly with operational workflows (logistics, retail, procurement)
  • Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce manual processes

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 6–10 years
    of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
  • Expertise in
    frontend frameworks
    , Angular, or ) and
    backend stacks
    , Python/Django, or similar)
  • Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Proficient in Git and familiar with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes is a plus)
  • Proven track record of independently delivering complex projects
  • Startup experience preferred
