Global Sourcing & Recruitment● Manage the interview process including - sourcing and screening resume, selectingcandidates for interviews, conducting interview kick-offs and debrief sessions, managethe offer approval process, negotiate offers, extend offers and reject candidates.● Make global outgoing candidate calls & qualify relevant candidates. Through thoroughtelephonic and personal interviews, determine and gauge employment factors like workexperience, educational qualifications, technical skills, role-specific competencies,achievements & other pertinent data to make qualitative shortlisting decisions.● Leverage on innovative and efficient global sourcing methodologies like ,LinkedIn, Facebook, and other global crowdsourcing tools.● Demonstrate success in global headhunting and mapping, to source candidates withniche skills.● Fulfill business hiring requirements as per assigned monthly targets.● Handle communication within the team, and aid in preparing schedules for recruitmentactivities and their execution.● Prepare hiring managers for interviews, and transition relevant candidate-specificinformation. Verbally extend offers of employment, and leverage on fellow seniorrecruiters for guidance around complex negotiations.● Plan, conduct and participate in post-offer pursuits of candidates (communication,email/telephonic queries).● Provide exemplary hiring manager as well as external candidate experience.2. Managing Relationships● Manage ongoing candidate relationships, all through the recruitment life-cycle.● Keep others apprised of, and involved in work, by communicating information and statusto senior recruiters and the Talent Business Manager. Coordinate work cross-functionallyand influence peers and/or managers.● Continuously build and strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders.● Partner with the business and act as an advisor, creating synergy and agility ofdecision-making.● Partner with senior recruiters to leverage on sourcing channels to build a pipeline ofboth active and passive candidates, so as to meet hiring demand and monthlyproductivity targets.● Network within the recruitment marketplace, so as to understand competitive landscapeand compensation practices. Gain market intelligence by talent mapping and performingcompetitor analysis for business teams.3. Analytics & Reporting● Maintain timely and accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System.● Leverage analytics for identifying and correcting lags within the current recruitmentprocesses.● Ensure weekly, monthly & quarterly trackers and reports are updated consistently.● Ensure regular attendance at weekly and monthly individual & team meetings.● Assist the Head of Talent Acquisition with MIS reporting.● Track and update the Recruitment Planner on a daily basis.4. Performance Metrics● Role targets will be reviewed and set quarterly. A minimum of 85% closures (offers, notjoiners) are to be achieved every month.● Every role filled should clear probation to be considered a successful closure at the timeof review.As a recruiter, you know that today's fast-paced, global competitive talent market makes it hardto land excellent candidates.
