Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

  • Inspections & Testing: Perform on-site inspections of materials, equipment, and installation activities (e.g., welding, piping, electrical, instrumentation) and conduct tests according to Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed quality records, including inspection reports, test results, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring traceability.
  • Compliance: Verify adherence to technical specifications, industry codes, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and monitor the resolution of non-conformities to prevent recurrence.
  • Personnel & Process Qualification: Evaluate the qualifications of inspection personnel and verify the proper execution of special processes and welding procedures.
  • Calibration: Oversee the management and calibration of all relevant inspection and test equipment.
  • Client & Contractor Liaison: Support quality matters with clients and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure their adherence to quality standards.
  • Audits: Participate in and support internal and external audits of the quality management system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance quality processes and optimize workflows
