Picking list to be share to relevant zone credit control team to release the picking for Invoice posting

Getting Invoice hardcopy, preparing Eway-bill for dispatches

Working Scheme activity for monthly coordinating with planning and sales team

TOD calculation quarterly/Annually wise (following with finance till posting)

Handling of ZOHO Software (Customer Order placing Software) for Item Code Creation, Price Update, Customer Code Creation, Secondary Var Creation.

New Agreement preparation & Sending Hardcopy of Licensee Agreements & following up to get signed copy and also Renewal agreement follow-up's

Payment follow-up by mail & phone to maintain PRO under credit limit level & Sending Overdue details to all PRO's individually via E mail

Gross Price Calculation for Special Discount as per sales team/Zonal lead request

Monitoring all billed material packing & ensuing the dispatches without any delay from outbound/production point & Delivery follow-up with logistics team for dispatch done on time

Communicating with Customer and Sales Team through various  channels, including email, social media, phone, or SMS
