Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Foseco's technical products (e.g., refractories, filters, feeding systems) to foundries and metallurgical customers.

  • Provide on-site technical assistance and product demonstrations to existing and prospective clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.

  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth in the assigned territory.

  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and reports.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.

  • Work closely with R&D and product teams to provide customer feedback for improvements.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.

  • Ensure timely support, troubleshooting, and post-sales follow-up.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Chemical Engineering.

  • 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the foundry, metallurgical, or industrial sector.

  • Strong technical knowledge of foundry processes and products is a must.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites.
