Lead Generation & Opportunity Development

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, digital campaigns, networking, and referrals.

  • Build a strong pipeline of companies, startups, freelancers, and professionals exploring flexible workspace solutions.

  • Conduct research on potential clients and relevant industries to identify high-value prospects.

Client Interaction & Requirement Analysis

  • Engage with prospects to understand their workspace requirements including budget, preferred locations, seating capacity, tenure, and amenities.

  • Recommend the best-fit coworking solutions from the company's partner network.

  • Coordinate site visits, virtual tours, and meetings with coworking centres to support client decision-making.

Sales Conversion & Deal Facilitation

  • Present tailored proposals, discuss pricing options, and support the negotiation and closing process between clients and partner coworking operators.

  • Achieve monthly business development and conversion targets.

  • Work closely with partner centres to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of leads, prospects, and deals in CRM tools.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering pipeline health, lead performance, and conversion metrics.

  • Track outreach channels and evaluate their effectiveness to enhance lead-generation strategies.

Market Research & Business Insights

  • Stay updated on coworking market trends, new centre launches, pricing variations, and competitor activities.

  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to strengthen overall business development.

  • Share market intelligence with internal teams to align strategies with client demand.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partner coworking centres.

  • Ensure a smooth experience from initial inquiry to final booking.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to achieve department and company revenue goals.

  • Support junior team members when needed and share best practices to enhance overall team performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
