We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing effective sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and managing a team of sales executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to ensure performance excellence.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize repeat and referral business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seamless execution of sales campaigns.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
- Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and promotional events.
Requirements:
- Any Graduation.
- Proven experience as Sales Manager or in a senior sales role (Real Estate experience preferred, if applicable).
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and develop action plans.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
