About The Role
Reporting to the Principal Advisor – Data & Digital, the IT Support provides frontline support to manage day-to-day queries, resolving or escalating where appropriate. Joining a small but mighty team, you'll be ready to get your creative problem solving into action. We're tackling complexity head-on: 400+ scenarios, and you'll help make them simpler, more efficient and consistent.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Daily monitoring of the IT Support inbox, responding to or reallocating queries promptly
- Maintain positive working relationships with vendors and liaise with them to achieve required services and technology supplies
- Manage the prompt distribution and collection of IT equipment and phones for staff and maintain a register of all IT equipment
- Identify and escalate technical issues where appropriate
About You
The ideal candidate will have relevant and recent IT Support experience, with a 'can-do' attitude and eagerness to learn, along with the following:
- Excellent time management and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Experience troubleshooting computer, internet connection and communications issues
- Autonomous, resourceful, and innovative, and able to work within a team
- An understanding of Microsoft SharePoint and Teams would be advantageous
- Confident in use of IT and experience in using Microsoft Windows and Office 365, especially Excel
- Proven relationship management skills across a range of stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
