Job description

• Collect/receive samples of raw materials, Material in process, finished products, waste water at different stage of ETP/STP/RO plant solid waste generated from the manufacturing process, segregate to different groups.
• Responsible to carry out test all the samples collected/received as per the provided slandered test methods and immediately report to the shift In charge/concern HOD with test report highlight the detection of exception or deviation in test results.
• Responsible to keep preserve proper records of all the samples of raw materials, Material in process, finished products, waste water at different stage of ETP/STP/RO plant solid waste its respective analyses reports as per the instruction statutory requirement.
• Ensure availability of analytical gears (Instrument/equipment/glassware etc.) by cleaning maintaining them for the next test, maintain good housekeeping in Laboratory disposed of left-over samples safely.
• Responsible to prepare lab test reports, retaining finished product samples, maintain proper data management as per the guideline issue MSDS of the finished products.
• Coordination with Production, Stores Warehouse, EHS and other departments for smooth, fast trouble-free working of QA QC Department.
• Stay aware of EHS other regulatory compliance, Environmental site, ISO QA Certification procedure practices.
• Report unsafe act/unsafe condition to the shift In charge/concern HOD to the management.
• Exposure in ISO QA certification procedure, practice methodology will have added advantage.

  Functional Areas:

  A) Executive / Manager Production:

  • Responsible for preparation of production activities reviewing production schedule, studying and clarification of specification, calculating requirements, assembling and weighing materials and supplies.
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by following good manufacturing practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOP), complying with legal regulations.
  • Keep equipments working by following operating instruments, troubleshooting, breakdown and its repairs.
  • Ensure that the VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) machines are working as per the production plan. Meet daily production related target.
  • Ensure manpower availability for all production and packaging, sealing, material filling and housekeeping.
  • To ensure all activities are carried out as per the QMS and GMP requirements.
  • To follow the 5S, safety protocol while discharging the production duties, ensure no cross contamination / product mixing happen in production line.
  • Responsible for calibration of weighing balance kept in production area.
  • Co-ordination of activities like raw material availability as per plan, manpower management & conduct their trainings, production planning as per customer requirements, etc.
  • Responsible to check for reconciliation activity of Batch Material.
  • Check and maintain the production documents for its completion like logs, record, etc. Authorize Batch Manufacturing and Packaging Record & reconciliation activity of Batch Material.
  • Assist during internal or external audits.

  B) Sr. Packaging Engineer Production:

  • Ensure VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) machines are working as per the production plan in consultation with the production in charge/Head. Meet daily production related target.
  • To follow the 5S, safety protocol while discharging the production duties, ensure no cross contamination / product mixing happen in production line.
  • Responsible for calibration of machines in production area.
  • To create list of change parts and consumption goods on production machine and track its min/max level.
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by following good manufacturing practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOP), complying with legal regulations.
  • Ensuring that documentation is maintained as per SOPs and other quality standards updated by the organization. Review Production related QMS Activities.
  • Assist during internal or external audits.
