Role Description
We are currently seeking a Premium Point professional to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Howrah. The role involves managing premium-related processes, customer account handling, and assisting clients with policy-related inquiries. You will also be responsible for ensuring accuracy in data entry, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining records of transactions to support operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage premium collections, accounts, and documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and addressing inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with software tools for documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a strong team orientation and collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure transaction accuracy and handle discrepancies.
- Prior experience in financial services or insurance is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
