Position: Tele Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective students via phone and other communication channels to provide information about studying abroad.
• Understand and communicate the benefits of studying overseas, including academic opportunities, cultural experiences, and career advantages.
• Guide students through the application process, explaining requirements, deadlines, and necessary documents.
• Address queries and concerns effectively, ensuring a clear understanding of educational programs and services offered.
• Build relationships with potential students and maintain regular follow-ups to encourage enrollment.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth transition of student applications.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing ability and persuasive skills.
• Prior experience in tele-counseling or sales would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of educational opportunities and study abroad programs preferred.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
