Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Patna. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within the allocated budget. Responsibilities include monitoring operational workflows, maintaining safety standards, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure the seamless execution of work. The Supervisor will also play a key role in training team members and optimizing efficiency in processes.
