Jr. Accountant

The Junior Accountant will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. This role supports the finance team in maintaining records, preparing reports, and handling basic accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining ledgers, invoices, and bank reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare basic financial reports and assist with audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable under supervision.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
