Job Description

  • Managing, guiding, and motivating a team of counsellors/telecallers to ensure smooth workflow and achievement of team targets.
  • Conducting regular team review meetings, monitoring performance, and providing necessary training and support to enhance productivity.
  • Handling walk-ins and providing online counselling for CAT, CMAT, CLAT, IPMAT, and CUET.
  • Responsible for achievement of monthly sales targets.
  • Organizing events, presentations, and webinars for school and college products.
  • Gathering feedback about existing products from the market and current students.
  • Following up with students after counselling sessions.
  • Regularly updating oneself on features, advantages, and benefits of all offered products.
  • Maintaining a daily report of tasks and activities completed.
  • Performing other related duties incidental to the work described above.
  • Making calls to prospective students to inform them about programs, seminars, and webinars.
  • Addressing student queries related to exam preparation, course structure, and institute facilities.
  • Persuading students and parents to visit the institute for counselling sessions and program demonstrations.

  • Excellent communication skills are a must.
  • Prior experience in team handling or team supervision will be an added advantage.
