Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Winder for Transformer at our facility in Hyderabad. The Winder will be responsible for assembling and winding transformer coils according to technical specifications and ensuring adherence to quality standards. Daily tasks will include coil preparation, insulation placement, securing wire, troubleshooting winding issues, and maintaining tools and equipment in proper condition. The role also involves collaborating with the engineering team to meet production schedules and address any technical challenges.

Qualifications

  • Experience in coil winding, transformer assembly, and insulation techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and job orders
  • Mechanical aptitude and skills in handling winding equipment and tools
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with production and engineering teams
  • Previous experience in transformer manufacturing is advantageous
  • Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to production demands
