Location: BMW Munich Motors, Sarona, Raipur

Reports to: Front Office / Showroom Manager

Job Summary:

The Showroom Hostess will be the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. She will represent the BMW brand with elegance, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome customers and guests as they enter the showroom.
• Provide assistance to clients regarding showroom layout, vehicle displays, and ongoing promotions.
• Manage appointment schedules and inform sales consultants about client arrivals.
• Answer phone calls, handle inquiries, and transfer calls/messages efficiently.
• Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the reception and lounge areas.
• Assist in organizing showroom events, product launches, and customer engagement activities.
• Ensure high-quality customer service, representing BMW's premium brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferably in Hospitality, Marketing, or Communication).
• Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or showroom hostess roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email).
